THE LIDS FOUNDATION WILL GIVE A KID AGAIN FAMILIES IN MICHIGAN A SPECIAL EVENING WITH MONTE MORRIS, DETROIT PISTONS POINT GUARD
Taylor, Michigan – Families in Michigan who are raising children with life-threatening conditions will meet Monte Morris, Point Guard for the Detroit Pistons and have a special shopping trip at the Lids store at Southland Mall thanks to the Lids Foundation.

During the event, Monte will spend time with A Kid Again families and then each family will receive a gift card to shop at the Lids store. This is being made possible thanks to the Lids Foundation.
“We at the Lids Foundation know that the ongoing treatments and hospitalizations that A Kid Again families endure can be overwhelming and difficult,” explained Sarah Lim, Executive Director of Lids Foundation. “We are honored to be able to give these children and their families a moment of joy and a chance to create lasting memories.”
9-year old Connor will be one of the A Kid Again kids enjoying the experience. He has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and is a lover of all sports. His mom says he is excited to meet Monte and he even asked for a basketball for Christmas.

Special moments like these are memories that last a lifetime for them.
