Post-Kidney Transplant Summer Fun

When Bri’elle was 11 months old, she was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Unfortunately, due to the cancer, doctors had to remove both of her kidneys, which caused her to be placed on dialysis in limbo as she waited for a kidney transplant. After a long- awaited three years, Bri’elle received a new kidney. Since her kidney transplant, Bri’elle has had numerous therapy appointments, including physical, occupational, feeding, and speech therapy.
