A KID AGAIN HOSTED “CHILDREN’S MUSEUM OF INDIANAPOLIS” ADVENTURE FOR CHILDREN WITH LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Embracing the spirit of athleticism and team play, A Kid Again, a national nonprofit with the Indiana chapter serving over 1,040 families, hosted the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Adventure on August 23, 2024.

The event was held at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, where A Kid Again families had exclusive access to a variety of exhibits and activities designed to celebrate physical activity, teamwork, and the thrill of the game. This Adventure provided a unique opportunity for children and their families to engage in sports-themed activities, learn new skills, and experience the excitement of being part of a team.

“At A Kid Again, we’re dedicated to creating Adventures that are both fun and unique for our kids,” stated Katie Pappas, Executive Director of A Kid Again Indiana. “The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Adventure was a celebration of physical activity, teamwork, and the joy of sports. It was a chance for our children to experience being part of a team, learn new skills, and enjoy the thrill of the game. A large percentage of our families wouldn’t be able to afford an outing like this, so these moments are helping our families create happy memories that last a lifetime.”

A Kid Again Indiana expressed immense gratitude to their sponsors and partners for their support in bringing the “Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Adventure” to life: Lady Jane’s Haircuts For Men, Wicked Awesome Wishes, DOZ Charitable Foundation, Inc., and State Farm, Chester Gray. Their generous contributions made it possible for families to create lasting memories in a supportive and joyful environment.
