Trick, Treat, Planes, oh my!

Who wouldn’t want an additional weekend for Trick or Treating??  But wait, there’s more!  You’ll also get to explore small aircraft, chat with a pilot, experience flying in a simulator, play games, grab dinner, and enjoy a movie!

Kids (and parents) are encouraged to dress in costumes!

When: Saturday, October 23rd, 2021

Time:  5-6pm for Check-in & Trick or Treat.  All activities from 5-7pm.  Dinner & Movie begin around 6:30/7pm.

Where: LIFT Academy near the old Indy airport.  2753 Cargo Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46241. This Adventure is private to AKA families.

Other:  Activities are accessible.  We encourage you to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the movie, as we will be in an open hangar. This is primarily an indoor event, but if the weather is nice, we may have the hangar door open.  **We ask that you wear a mask while indoors for the safety and concern of the families we serve.

*COVID protocols as of 8/20/21:
-We will always follow the guidelines of federal, state and local municipalities, as well as venues, when it comes to capacity, mask wearing and social distancing.
-While not all venues may require masks, AKA staff and volunteers will wear masks at indoor venues.
-Sanitizer will continue to be available at all events.
