BubbleMania- Virtual Adventure with the Great Lakes Science Center!

A Kid Again is dedicated to continuing our mission of providing hope, happiness, and healing to your family through our Virtual Adventures program! Join us as we team up with our friends at the Great Lakes Science Center to bring you two fun & interactive Virtual Adventures!

Make sure you RSVP for these two Virtual Adventures because the Great Lakes Science Center & a generous donor are giving away one Family Membership package at the end of each event! Winners will be chosen after the event and contacted by the A Kid Again- Northern Ohio Chapter!

BubbleMania- Saturday, February 27 – 1:00 p.m.

Explore the science and entertainment of bubbles!  Guests can participate at home and follow along with our presenter if they wish using the bubble recipe and tool list below.

Great Lake Science Center favorite bubble recipe is:

• 1 gallon water
• ½ cup Dawn Dish soap (I usually use 1 cup)
• ¼ cup glycerin (optional)
• Best if left to sit overnight

Materials parents can gather can include anything with a hole, but some really good ones are listed here:

• Pipe Cleaner/Wire/string (even a modified wire coat hanger)
• Pasta spoon (especially if it has circular holes)
• Funnel (or the top of a plastic bottle)
• Straws (just don’t drink the bubbles!)
• Rubber Bands
• Cookie Cutters
• Berry Baskets
