KIDS WITH LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCED A COLORFUL ADVENTURE THANKS TO COLLABORATION BETWEEN NATIONAL NON-PROFIT A KID AGAIN AND FAMILY DESTINATION CRAYOLA EXPERIENCE

A Kid Again, a national nonprofit serving kids with life-threatening conditions and their families, and Crayola Experience, the family destination for colorful, interactive, creative play, joined forces to create meaningful shared experiences and fun-filled memories for local children.

Kids with life-threatening conditions and their families from A Kid Again enjoyed a special day at Crayola Experience Orlando on Sunday, September 15. This Adventure marked the second year of partnership between the national nonprofit and Crayola Experience. In 2024, A Kid Again hosted family gatherings at each of the five Crayola Experience locations across the country.

A Kid Again families at the Crayola Experience Florida Adventure explored more than 25 creative attractions and activities, including naming and wrapping their own Crayola crayon, starring in their own coloring page, bringing their art to life on the big screen, learning how crayons are made, and more.

“At A Kid Again, we seek out national partners who share our mission of providing unforgettable experiences for families with children facing life-threatening conditions, so we were thrilled to continue our collaboration with Crayola Experience for a second Adventure in Orlando,” said Jen Koma, Chief Operating Officer of A Kid Again. “This Adventure offered a much-needed break from the challenges of daily medical routines, allowing our families to enjoy a day of fun, creativity, and community.”

“Crayola Experience is where families come together to have fun and make lifelong memories using the power and magic of color and creativity,” said Kristin Luise, Director of Crayola Experience Marketing & Retail. “We were excited to bring Crayola and creativity to life for the kids and families that A Kid Again serves.”
