Donor Services Coordinator – Central Ohio Chapter



This position is responsible for the logistics surrounding all fundraising events for the Central Ohio chapter and National office. This person also manages donor stewardship plans for the chapter, relationships with local schools, and the chapter’s Women’s Council.


  • MANAGE THE LOGISTICS FOR ALL FUNDRAISING EVENTS FOR THE CENTRAL OHIO CHAPTER AND NATIONAL OFFICE. This includes working with leadership to plan event budgets, secure venues, catering and audio-visual support. Coordinate ad submissions, program printing, purchase of recognition items, seating/ticketing arrangements, and day-of execution. Where applicable, develop templates for fundraising events to be used in all chapters – specifically the development of a signature fundraising program.
  • COORDINATE DONOR STEWARDSHIP/COMMUNICATIONS. Work with Chapter leadership to identify donor touch-point opportunities and track accordingly. Coordinate opportunities to engage and steward current and potential donors.
  • PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF FUNDRAISING EFFORTS. In coordination with Senior Data Coordinator, provide regular reports to the leadership team on fundraising campaigns and events.
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHOOL RELATIONSHIPS IN CENTRAL OHIO. Identify and manage the relationships with local schools as potential fundraising support for the Central Ohio chapter. This includes visits with schools, coordinating fundraising opportunities with administrators and teachers, and developing tracking for follow-up and communications
  • PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO THE CHAPTER’S WOMEN’S COUNCIL. Grow and manage the engagement of the chapter’s Women’s Council. Provide them regular updates on their role in supporting fundraising events, help coordinate third party fundraising opportunities for them, and develop a recognition program to celebrate their contributions.


Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit administration and/or fundraising necessary. Must also have successful career experiences in relationship management, communications, planning, and time Management. The position requires some evening and weekend hours.
