Thanks to the Detroit Zoo, we are excited to offer enrolled families an opportunity to attend Dream Night at the Zoo on June 5^th at the Detroit Zoo.

Requirements for selection

• Must be enrolled A Kid Again family
• Never attended Dream Night at the Zoo before
• Not attending event through another organization

All interested families are encouraged to register, however, only 500 participants will be selected based on above criteria. Please note that due to high interest, a waiting list will also be created.

After registering, your family will receive an RSVP confirmation email. Please note that this email confirms your entry into the drawing, but does not guarantee selection for the event.

Registration will be open from May 7^th– May 13^th at 12 pm. Families will be notified on Monday May 18^th for selection for this opportunity. This is not a first come first serve opportunity, selection will be done at random, and families who have attended before will be removed from the selection.

When: Friday, June 5th from 6 pm – 9 pm

What to Expect 

• Zookeeper chats with ASL interpreters and hands-on education stations
• Complimentary access to Dinosauria, 4D theater, Tauber Family Railroad and carousel
• Face painting and meet-and-greets with Zoo mascots
• Complimentary dinner buffet for all registered guests
• Silent disco, presented by Mary Free Bed
• Complimentary wheelchair, stroller and ECV rentals
• First response vehicles in the Main Picnic Grove
• Sensory bags and fidget tools
• Volunteers tabling activations
• On-site support services
• Free parking
