At A Kid Again, we know the power of HOPE, HAPPINESS, and HEALING.
We understand that these things mean everything to our kids and families. We also know that everyone could use a little hope, happiness, and healing right now.
That’s why we’re kicking off our HOPE, HAPPINESS and HEALING campaign. All throughout the month of April, we’ll share stories of HOPE from our donors, volunteers, kids, families, and other supporters.
We’ll share stories of HOPE, like that of long-time volunteer Debbie Caudill, who has not only given time and money to help make Adventures happen, she also helped recruit new volunteers.

Of course, our mission of hope would not be possible without dedicated volunteers like Debbie Caudill. As an employee of Kurtz Bros. – and with the support of her CEO – Debbie raised funds to buy the kids Christmas gifts for the past four years in a row. She also shared A Kid Again's message of hope with the company's customers, and some of them handed her $100 bills to help support the kids.
In recent days, we've all witnessed a similar outpouring of support from people who realize that working together for the greater good is the best way to offer hope during the COVID-19 crisis. That spirit of hope is not new to A Kid Again. It's the backbone of our mission, and it brings smiles to the faces of kids and families when they need it most.
