INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLATE PURCHASE

  1. Go to www.oplates.com
  2. Under Ohio Plates (top left), select “Plate Renewal / Replacement / Exchange”
  3. On the next screen, there are 3 options the user can choose to identify himself or herself
  4. Next, select the correct vehicle;
  5. Next, there are 3 questions that must be answered by the user
    • Do you want to renew your vehicle registration?
    • Do you want to replace/exchange your plate for another?
    • Do you want to replace a lost, damaged, or stolen registration card and/or sticker only?
  6. Next, choose if you want to keep your current plate number (for a fee) or have a new number assigned (no additional charge)
  7. Also, choose “YES” to the question, “Do you want to add a logo to your plate?”
  8. Hit “Continue”, and on the next screen, use the drop-down selector to scroll down to the category “Organizational” and choose A Kid Again.
  9. On the next screen, the user will need to answer 7 personal questions based on his or her preferences.
  10. Hit “Continue”
  11. The next screen will show a summary of the charges for the user. User will need to click “Add to Cart” and then check out
